Ken Gibson is the senior partner of Gibsons LLP, having founded the firm in 1977. Today, Gibsons LLP has become a substantial practice serving clients in their corporate and commercial legal needs and beyond.
Ken’s determination and leadership has enabled him to spearhead multi-million dollar commercial acquisitions as well as complicated commercial arbitrations and litigation processes. With a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach, Ken has earned a reputation for the utmost in integrated client service.
Ken’s corporate counsel services include strategy formulation, guidance for other legal professionals, and extensive legal testimony and depositions in place of corporate officers. He has also appeared as counsel in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Ontario Municipal Board.
An avid runner, Ken completed his first National Capital Marathon in 1975, with his most recent having been in New York City.
